Thread: Steal of a deal (got 8x90gm Olay bars free today at Walmart)

    sobeys west flyer has Olay or ivory bar soaps (2- 10) for $3.49.
    My Walmart store has Olay 8x90GM for sale for $5.97 I did price bar soaps with sobeys flyer used $2 printable coupon from smart source.ca and claim $3 cash back from checkout51.
    Olay 2 packs 3.49x2=6.98-2x2(coupons)-3 cadhback=-0.02 but of course I did paid the taxes around 0.88 only.

    Wow, the flyer says 'starting at' 3.49, so it would be interesting to know the actual sale price of the soap.

    The cashier check the store price and match it with the flyer as it says save upto $2 so she matched it happily.

    yes I did this as well Wal mart has them listed this week for $3.47 the 4 x90GM Soaps..I bought two packs, used $2 coupons from smart source. paid $1.47 each and got approved for $3.00 from
    Checkout 51 meaning I will pay nothing out of pocket.

    If I see the fine print I would never go for PM but I just checked the price $3.49 and saw save upto $2 I thought I should go for it as my store is very very good in pming.
    I and The cashier I will say even did not notice it says starting at because mostly in the flyer the exact price is advertised.

    Until now I never saw this starting at as In March I did pm from the sobeys flyer(march20 to march26),the same deal.
