You have to post a minimum of 5 times in order to be able to post your contest. It ensures you're not a bot!
yeah just reply to 5 different posts and that should do it! :)

All you have to do is sign into Facebook
go here http://woobox.com/exxfm3/vote/for/7403070
click continue (make sure it says Caroline N.)
and click "vote" (NOT like).
There should be a popup asking to allow access from "Photo Contest" and click "allow" (I don't think it posts anything on fb but to make sure choose "only me can see" so it won't show up if it does)
Press vote until it's blacked out
