Good afternoon ladies. Had a good night last night. Made a western for dinner and then went out to rake the lawn, a very deep rake!! Tried to get all the old, dry, dead grass removed. The plan is to throw grass seed tonight. (hopefully won't get home too late from work)
@Natalka - I really hope you and your DH feel better soon.

    Have a good day ladies.

I was only surprised at her attitude that made me feel a bit presumptuous that I should expect strollers that cost more than a few hundred dollars to last about a year. Or that customer service might be a bit more than giving the company more money to keep their product going a little while longer. I would have been quite happy if she had just told me to try the US number in case, but perhaps they're discouraged from doing that because of the shipping costs.

@Natalka: Hope you received the Robax samples and coupons in the Brandsaver and that your back feels better soon.

@YOU AND ME: Hope your migrane feels better soon.

Notley is a wonderful speaker and a smart woman but I am thinking a province that relies on the energy sector will for well with left wing governing. We will see.
It may just be a wake up call telling the PC that they're just not happy. Come next election, the PC might get the message and get voted in for a majority, or face the minority seats again until they listen to their constituents.

Went to GT to check out the $2 bacon. Grabbed one pack. Was going to stock up but it did look pretty crappy. Took it home and let the pup out. Debated doing a few things but decided to just head back to work. It will all be there later for me lol Sometimes I wonder why I bother, housework never ends.

I was definitely not happy with the PC"S , Albertan's lost trust including myself, I believe Alison Redford drove the party to it's demise and they never recovered. It is still going to be trying times for this province and Notley has a huge job ahead of her.I hope the party pleasantly surprises me.

    Well productive day...

Dinner made, tidied, kids bathed and in bed.

I also made 22 gluten free pancakes to freeze for breakfasts (a new to me Canadian brand called Only Oats made from pure uncontaminated oats in SK). Hard boiled 8 eggs and made egg salad for lunches. Washed and chopped carrots.

I also made a list of items that can be used up and eaten. The cupboards were feeling bare, but after tonight's prep we have a few more options. Our VISA was stolen and cancelled so we are waiting for new ones. Trying not to debit too much, because we use the VISA and pay it off to keep the bank fees at bay. Hoping cards come before the weekend, we are good for food for a few more days and have a little bit of cash on hand.

I've just got a quick minute. Thanks for reminding me to try for the brandsampler. I just requested my P&G brandsampler household package.

I bought groceries yesterday. $20 off at NF, so my groceries cost 60c. I bought more groceries at Sobeys on their 10% off day. My hightlight was getting 8 500g packages of bacon for 89c each because they were best before May 5. We fried one for supper and froze the rest. Thanks to the lady who spotted it first, otherwise I might have missed it.
