I just did a quick shop at my local SDM to specifically redeem 3 digital coupons that I had loaded to my card earlier this week, and when I cashed out the system didn't apply the coupons. On the receipt, after the points summary, it said "Digital Coupon Not Available - 101". The cashier said there was a problem with the system so to phone Customer Service.
So when I got home I phoned and got a really nice rep who looked into it and said yes, there are some problems with the system (although she didn't confirm there was a specific problem today). She confirmed that I had loaded my coupons correctly and then awarded the points to my card.

I did too but didn't get points, its on DHs card, should wait until he comes and gives authorized to speak to them, had both coupons 8ooobp wus $30food,12000 bp wub $50anything.

Deleted...I thought it was thursday so I posted a correction then realized it is really friday so no correction was needed...
(Geez, I get one extra day off and I lose track of everything!)

I am not going to use manufacturer coupons but will redeem points to pay.

Someone said on facebook that they were told by shoppers that because their total was lower after coupons that the required that they didn't get the points. :/

I didn't get my points on Friday either. I just scanned my receipt and emailed it to [email protected] .I did that Friday. Today, or maybe last night my points were awarded and I got an email back. Takes longer than phoning, but for me it's easier. I've never had any trouble with them fixing mistakes so far!

So yesterday my receipt had the Digital Coupon not available error 9001 ..... I had spent $44 and was redeeming 22,000 ($30) ..... I had loaded my offers of 20x WUS $30 on cosmetics plus 8000 WUS $40 (anything) ..... is this worth calling about to get it fixed .... has anyone else called when they didn't get points while redeeming?

I had the same issue this morning. I called and they applied the offer. It sounds like there have been system issues and the only way to get your points will be to call.
