    Ground beef (any beef) is so expensive now. I have a raincheck from a couple of weeks ago when the xlean ground beef was $8.33/kg. Now it is on for $13.79/kg. Have not been able to use the raincheck since I have not seen any club packs, but since they advertised it this week, I might be able to pick some up with my raincheck. Hopefully, people will not rush out and clear out the ground beef at that price.

    yes the the beef is expensive..but did you see the $6.91/lb price for boneless skinless chicken breasts. Yikes...

    As a beef farmer I can tell you that the price isn't going down anytime soon. Alot of beef farmers who have struggled for along time now are selling their herds because the price is so high.. which is only going to drive the price up even more.
