I think you need to go back to the store and talk to the manager to redo the transaction...

Been here before. Nothing can be done at the store level. You can call 1-800-Shopper...explain that the cashier took off 95,000 points instead of 22,000 points. They'll take a look at your transaction history and then credit your account. Your points will show up within a few hours.

The system always defaults to the highest point level for a redemption. Always make sure the cashier redeems the amount you want. Some cashiers don't even look they just hit the button.

ooooo I'd be ING out over that!!!! I redeemed today and specifically said 38k to her. She knows me and said are you sure are you ok? to redeem? take a deep breath. I'm still over 400k though

thankfully its easy to fix by calling them, but totally freaked me out when it happened to me, so stressful

That would stress me out too! Glad it all worked out
I had the opposite happen the last time I did a redeem. I specifically told the cashier I was doing a redemption of 50k for $100. She said ok, then at the end when I gave her my GC to pay the overage and taxes, she deducted the balance I had of $95 and change and said I owed $15+. I was in shock for a few seconds then realized what she had done. I had to explain to her 2x after that that I was redeeming before she realized her mistake.
Yep, we have to be on our toes when we shop! lol
