I looked up the flyer, but it's too fuzzy to make out

Implements are tools. However not every tool is an implement. I believe nail files, sponges and clippers count but not bags and hair brushes.

Tempted to buy some AMEX gift cards - most places I shop (SDM, Walmart, Food Basics) accept AMEX.
Does anyone know if these have an activation fee to purchase it? I remember someone buying me a similar VISA prepaid a while back with a $5.95 purchase fee. If so then screw that idea!
