The Wong wing isn't the first instance of that happening. Some offers are only "refreshed" in the sense that you can claim them again as it is a new week, but the amount available hasn't refreshed, it's just carry over from the previous week.

Why even bother offering it if there's so few left that it disappears 3 hours after the stores have opened? It disappoints way more people than it pleases

Yesterday I bought catelli pasta without checking, it is gone already but thought to keep them since they are 99 cents.Luckily I checked today else $15 for 3 Wong wing would be too much for me.
