Trying to watch the 6 or so episodes of Absentia I have recorded but I keep drifting off to sleep.....maybe that is a sign to delete and forget about this series??
Life Sentence.......first episode was passable, I'll give a few more episodes a chance before I make a decision....oh and speaking of Chance!!
Hugh Laurie's show Chance is back!! Watched the latest episode and it is still a good show.

I watched the first episode of Absentia @walkonby and I was hooked. Then I never watched another episode. Couldn't find it again and then I lost interest.
Currently watching old reruns of Corner Gas. Those never get old. A new favorite is The Goldbergs. If you haven't had a chance to see it, or if you haven't heard of it, it's well worth to check out. So funny. And this coming from a person who doesn't like sitcoms. Corner Gas doesn't count.

oh yes @GoJays The Goldbergs has been one of my staples since the first season, I always get a little sad when the adorable young actors have growth spurts and the show must go on! Some of them get really tall and it seems funny.
My favourite part is at the very end when they run the original film clip of Adam Goldberg character. Old home movies like that are priceless!
I started another show called Caught ( figured how bad can it be with Republic Of Doyle actor Alan Hawko and Due South guy Paul Gross? ) I get Crave tv so I had to first catch up on what I missed in the pilot, etc. Seems watchable so far.

There's definitely a lack of good programming on lately. Networks are making less and less episodes to cut back on costs, I'm sure. This is the time of year that shows are gearing up to their May ratings grab, so not sure where the issue lies.

Just finished watching two episodes of Harrow. It's an Australian show that stars Ioan Gruffudd as a medical examiner. I miss him in Forever

Started watching the Twin Peaks reboot. They didn't waste any time getting back into the weirdness. At least with the original, they eased into it. Not with the new shows. They just jumped right in with both feet. BAM! First scene. WEIRD! That being said, I will watch all of them because I like Twin Peaks kind of weird.

I'm still doing catchup on shows I missed last summer/fall when I was sick... Lately, though - reboot of Roseanne, Keeping Faith, Masterchef Canada
