My Packers.
Losing.
They'd better figure a way out of this before they're relegated to the golf course!

NFB of Canada watched on-line yesterday and liked it.A happy gang of dogs heads into the woods. Leading the pack is Michael Borowski - amateur playwright, rambling philosopher and survivor of childhood brain injury.

Mary Kills People. It was pretty good. I'll probably go back for the next episode next week if I don't have to get up ridiculously early the next morning.

First episode of a 6 parter. Cardinal ( based on the John Cardinal mystery books by Northern Ontario author Giles Blunt ) Some of it was filmed in Sudbury, Ontario. I can see myself hanging around for 5 more episodes.

Ohhh-thanks for posting this @walkonby - I didnt realize they were based on that series and I keep picking the books up and then not reading them. This might be a good way to get into it.

I just devoured BROADCHURCH on Netflix. The first season was amazing. Second season was a little over dramatic but still really good as I got so invested in the characters. Olivia Coleman is an outstanding actress and she does fantastic work on this show as well as in The Night Manager and The Lobster. I will now watch anything she has been in.

Just watched the first episode of Riverdale. What crap! So unlike the comics... I don't think this was the best way to interpret the characters at all. They may as well have just created another OC/Pretty Little Liars/90210, etc.
For example:
* Jason Bloom murdered
* Archie had a summer fling with Mrs. Grundy
* Mr. Lodge under suspicion of tax evasion/embezzling

Ren and Stimpy. I used to watch this cartoon all the time. I'd forgotten all about it til I saw it on tonight. Not sure if I can sit through the entire thing now. You ever look back at shows you used to love and today wonder how the hell you ever was able to stomach it? This is one of those times.
