It is very similar to any green you cook or steam but yes stems and all are used so much heartier and hey if I can grow it anyone can lol

I picked my first ripe cherry tomatoes and peas from the garden this week. I'm not eating the lettuce, Swiss chard, dill, and rhubarb fast enough.
It's a Jamaican green like a spinach you steam and eat with rice or dumplings or cooked banana

If it is amaranth, it is one of healthiest, I add some garbanzo beans and onions steam it up with spices and salt. Tastes yummy too.

Picked another 16 cups raspberries and now up to 204 cups. And 189 cups of strawberries. My new raspberry plants are ever bearing so I expect a lot more to come. I am making jam, smoothies, syrup and freezing them blended in muffin tins for future smoothies. Yikes hard to keep up.
Curing garlic, rainbow beets.
That garden is heavenly
