need an advice in Montreal
hi everybody
I'm a graduated student and parents offered me a deal as a graduation present
to help me with mortgage and to find some appropriate real estate for me
for sure it should be a condo in the Montreal Island, preferable near the subway, so I found some good offers but as long as I don't know much about real estate I'm asking for any advice or some useful information (budget is around 250k-310k$)
here's what I found maybe someone can advice something else
