Given the heat yesterday, I made sure to collect the free A&W root beer with coupon at one stop and then an almost free Coke at McDonald's using the remainder of a gift card and 15 cents. Otherwise, I'd not have made the trip to the college for Internet access.

grabbed all 15 of the discounted Whiskas cat food trays at NF...marked down as 50% off, came to .38 a piece.
Also grabbed 4 boxes of Gluten Free Breton crackers on for just $1.00 each

I've used that coupon before. Try the bagel mcmuffin. It is more expensive and the $2.69 coupon works for it too

Cleaned out the fridge last night and cooked up bits of this and that for dinner. Oldest wanted grilled cheese so pulled bread from freezer. Put food in containers in fridge and the kids ate it all up. Win!

We booked a car for a trip but kept checking the price. So far the price has dropped two times and we adjusted the rental deal to take advantage of the savings. So far $40 off and we'll keep checking for price drops until the day before we leave.

Packed my breakfast, lunch and snack at home this morning. Packed DS his lunch for school (no money for cafeteria).

House will be empty overnight tonight and all day tomorrow so will turn the heat down 2 degrees. And the usual light that is left on at night will be turned off.
