$5 kelloggs gas cards are back

In case anyone still has pin codes left (like me), I just received a confirmation email from Kellogg's that they still have gas cards left.

"Thank you for contacting us regarding our Kellogg's* Cash for Gas Promotion 2015.
I am glad to say that we still do have Gas cards available for redemption."

I tried to cash out the card today, followed all the steps. And did not work.
Does anybody have issues cashing it out?
I paid first with my master and late I tried to use it, and did not work out.
I tried at Safeway, HELPP

You need to say you want to pay $5 with this card and the rest debit or whatever
