So, I check my email and there's one from the PMO - gah - Trudeau took over Harper's email list.
I am so NOT impressed - go hustle and make your own email list.
I am pretty sure zillions of others joined me in unsubscribing!

Where is Dave? You poofed after the election. I am curious about how you feel about the new government? I know you can't be too happy however there are FN reps. now so that should at least please you?

^ "to be styled" - well, that's appropriate.
I'm not a fan of forced gender/ethnic equality - how about just the best people for the positions? Who knows, it may have ended up being 75% women that way.

Just because you had such hate for Harper, don't assume that emotion of other people. Hate is just so harsh and ugly.
----
Not surprized about those comments, gryphon.
Over the weekend, I heard Trudeau speak twice - about Paris and about climate.
While the content was okay - albeit so passive - about what happened in Paris, when he speaks extemporaneously, every few words it's uh, uh... uh, uh... and it's so very hard to listen to - and because of that, one loses the message. This didn't show as much through the run-up to the election, when everything was so carefully scripted for him.
At least he didn't use his over-dramatic affectation... yet.
He needs to beef things up, his tone and content is just wrong - some of his comments sound like he's still electioneering.
Both of these are good reads, especially the CBC one, considering their bias.
