The CBC pollster includes all major polls, but does weight them based on margin of error, polling size etc. As you can see from the poll data, Forum were weighted less than the other recent polls (but still a factor)
The last Forum poll had the Cons at 23% so even lower (now 24) and the NDP at 40 (36), Libs at 30 (32)
EKOS also show a small increase for the Tories, 3% ish drop for NDP and 1% increase for the Libs
So the trends for the pollsters are similar, even if the numbers are different
Also, few of the pollsters are confirming people are actually eligible to vote which may be skewing results

Duffy and Wallin aren't running for election and have never stood for election. They're media personalities that I'm sure Stephen Harper wishes he'd never had anything to do with. As for pee boy, that's pretty gross. Doesn't quite rise to the level of the sexual harassment allegations by two NDP Mps against 2 Liberal MPs that resulted in those two being booted from the Lib caucus, now does it? Just as an example. There's loads more.
Edit: Rex's take on it is interesting

All our eggs aren't in one basket - never were. The natural resources sector makes up 20% of our economy and it absolutely made sense to support that sector when it was booming, why wouldn't we?
BTW, of that 20%, 10% is the energy sector which includes more than just oil. Hydro for example.
And all that money that various levels of government collected from the resource companies and from the workers employed there? Where did that go? It went to support our education and healthcare systems, infrastructure programs, all manner of social programs. Supporting that industry helped our governments provide average Canadians with the services and supports all Canadians expect. There is nothing shameful in that.
