As a SAHM I don't get sick days. lol. I have used that excuse to get out of a family get together though.
DH refuses to take sick days. He very rarely gets sick and even when he is he just works through it. I think it's been 6-7 years since he took a sick day and that was when he was very sick.

I think the last time I called in sick to work was about 2 years ago. I had been throwing up the night before and I was still a bit nauseous when I called in to my boss. I've never taken a sick day where I wasn't actually sick.
