I googled and found such differing reviews...from horrible to fantastic.....so thought I would ask if anyone has ever shopped at this website and what their experience was.

Yes! I used a coupon code to get $50 off $100 and got two pairs for shoes for almost half off because of it. Shipping was free. I ordered Wednesday late afternoon, one pair was at my door Friday morning and the other on Tuesday. So impressed with how fast the shipping was. I didn't try returning anything. I would totally order from their again - just double check the prices, not everything is cheaper even with the promo code.

Where did you find the promo code? I am aware of the summer30 one they are offering on their website for 30% off.

I wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes....it worked out better if I split up the order so I can get $50 off the first order that was $110, and then tomorrow I will order the 3rd pair and use summer30 code. Works out I save about $15 more $$ doing it this way.
