First just let me say that I don't like tuna, I never eat it. Well, I bought 8 of these toppers for my daughter. This morning I was in a rush had nothing to take for my lunch, no leftovers, nothing to make a sandwich ( which is rare!!)..Anyways the point of the story is, I grab one of these toppers with left over Greek salad and some cherry tomatoes, I'm thinking I'm going to have a terrible lunch!! Well guess what the topper, Tiki Marsala ,was great, I didn't know what to expect but this was very good and it has 23 grams of protein!! Maybe because it was free it tasted even better hahaha!!
