    Fish and cooking oil would not be included, it breaks down the included products (fruit, vegetable, salad, refrigerated dips and juice)

    I shopped at no-frill, and frozen vegetables not include in produce. I bought two pack of frozen okra ($5+), and didn't got points. Returned all produce and add 3 more items to made above $20 and then got points.
