I got an offer of 200bp per $1 spent on fresh beef. I bought 3 pack = $252.22 of fresh filet mignon today at Loblaws. When I looked at my receipt, I only got 19,800(3x6600).
So I called Customer service and said I was supposed to get 50,400bp not 19,800. She told me that the maximum I can get is 20,000bp no matter what other offers combined. So she gave me 200bp to make it 20,000, whoopee!
Bottom line is, if you have good offers and it goes over 20,000bp, do separate transactions per offer.

You can't do separate transactions. It is one use per card.

Good to know, but I'd never spend that much at once anyway!

Wowsers, I've never even had filet - so enjoy that bounty; well done and lucky you!

I had a loo at the terms of the card and nowhere does it specify a limit per offer, unless it is on the individual offers?
Since all of my offers say per $1 spent with no specified limit, I would ask for it to be escalated since it is not clear that it has a limit (and 3 packs compared to buying 300 of something for extra points should be on your side)

Like Natalka, I can't imagine spending that much at once, but $30 in points is a huge difference to give up on

I got 91,000 points today on one transaction and redeemed 100,000 so I don't what that crs was smoking but she is full of crap! I have gotten over 20,000 points many times on one transaction. I would definitely escalate to mgr. if they give you a hassle ask them to show you where it is written about 20,000 limit.

    suggestion
Log into your PC Plus account
Go to missing points section, with your receipt
Submit required information about the transaction
Tell them how many points you are missing and ask for those points

It has worked for me in the past, taking about 24 hours for them to e-mail that they have added the missing points.

    Good luck

I meant to say to do multiple transactions if each of your offers goes over 20,000 points.

She told me that it says 20,000 max per transaction in the fine print. I said I read it and I can't find it. She said to go to the
product and it will tell you. So she starts reading it and at the end, it says if you redeem 20,000, blah blah blah, and I said I didn't redeem 20,000
She was very stubborn and only gave me 200 to get it to 20,000.

I went back to my previous transactions and I have a few over 20,000. I sent them the info through the help section.
I think I want to call them tomorrow because this is bugging me. $30 is $30 and I want my money.

They never answered my email so I called them back. A guy answered with a heavy foreign accent. I gave him some information which I had to keep repeating and then he told me to wait without putting me on hold. After a long while, I said "Hello, are you still there?". He said "Can I put you on hold?" I said yes. After a long while of boring music, he comes back and said that I called yesterday. Never mentioned that I also emailed them. While I was on hold, I think he was talking to the girl from yesterday. He said I got 19,800 and then 200 added. That's right but I'm still missing 30,400 points. He says that there is a note that someone was supposed to look into the matter but they are very busy and no one is looking into it yet. He says to check my account and call back in a few days if I am still missing points.

Will update you in the next episode of "The Saga of Couponmummy". Dum dum Dummm.....
