It's misleading....when you click on the printer item, it is does not download so you have to have your computer / tablet linked up to a printer. If you are expecting a pdf....it won't happen.

It worked for me. I'll say turn off your both your computer and printer, and turn them back on.

It's not just for Aveeno, also applies to ther products from the company e.g. Neutrogena and Lubriderm
