I used my 3000 pts on $10 cereal deal with the Quaker Coupon, and got
4 X boxes of Quaker Harvest Crunch Cereal PM at $1.97 each at No Frills
-this qualified me to receive a 18 boy of lays chips for FREE with Coupon (buy 4 Quaker get Free Chips0
Then I got 2 X Post Great Grains Cereal on sale for $2.48 - $1 Peelie Post Coupon = $1.48 each
TOTAL = ($1.97 X 4) + ($1.48 X 2) = 7.88 + 2.96 = 10.84 over $10 so got 3000 pts = $3 off
= NET COST $7.84 (6 boxes of Cereal and a 18 pack of Chips)!!!!!

I'm pretty sure the offer is, for the most part, limited to fruits and vegetables frozen in a natural and not processed state, thereby ruling out french fries.
