That's not true. You can register when you are a Quebec resident.
Just note the coupons for medicine can't be used in stores/pharmacies because it's the law here; but they have postal rebates that you need to send them instead.

Support says "Most activities will appear within 48 hours however some points can take up to four weeks."

If most activities are added within 48 hours, how come we are all seeing NONE. Frustrating.

And still nothing added. Not even sure how many weeks we are on. I think this Friday will be 3 weeks.
