A neighbour gave us 1/4 oz of Silton cheese because he's leaving for holidays. We never eat this stuff because it kind of grosses me out and the kids call it 'stinky' cheese But I don't want to throw it out either because I am adverse to throwing out food.

Anyway, I found this recipe - Blue Cheese Puffs. It made basically the same way as cream puffs (minus the cream) with the blue cheese incorporated into the batter before baking. Anyone tried this before or have other good recipes?

You could try a broccoli and Stilton soup.

My DH loves blue cheese burgers. I make them with onions...and nothing else added. Tho' tomatoes might work.

+1 on the blue cheese burgers, not sure if the kids will like them though , it is an acquired taste!!
I am also with Lecale on a salad, especially with pears in it...so good.

Blue Cheese Puffs are very good. A "mild" blue cheese flavor, but nice if you like a savory.
