Yes! Peerless Mason has been fined $20,000 for junk faxing people who kindly asked to be removed from his fax list. (I'm one of them)
I could go on, but if you want to see how bad it was 'Google' Peerless Mason Wayne Gould and you'll find a lot about the situation and how bad it got.

It was one 10,000 and another 10,000 for a part of that company.
It was on the news today. Also another place got fined 4grand for calling people who are on the no call list.
Talk about duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
