Completed Consumer Proposal

I filed a consumer proposal and paid it off fully with 100 cents on the dollar to each creditor. Once I was fully discharged by the court I received a detailed account of the disbursements. One of the creditors never responded to the Trustee. The file is closed. The dividend was returned to me. I have a certificate of full performance. Do I still owe the creditor who never responded to the trustee?
