I used to be able to as an example, use a 8000pts WUS $30 digital promo offer, load it to my card. then in store buy the over $30 (before tax) of products, then apply manufacturer coupons (example $5.00 off). I used to be able to still get the bonus offer even though my OOP was only $25 (+taxes).
I tried it again the other day, and the promo didn't show up on the computer screen or the receipt and didn't get my points. Did they change the way these promos are handled so we cant do this anymore?
Not sure if I want to call in either, I have a "few" cards in the house and dont want to risk losing them. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

you should still be able to se coupons t lower your oop and still get point. however sdm coupons don't count only manufacture coupons. you can contact csr and your pts will be added. maybe a system glitch

You can do this with flyer promos. I have found there are a few wus offers that you can't but generally you can still do this.

Yeah the personal offers seem to be hit and miss, but in store promos shouldn't be an issue.

if you wish to save time.
you can email in too just mention your transaction date, and base points on receipt so they can track it. (and your offer)
had to do this a a couple times before giving up on personal offers (with coupons to reduce the amount)
works for some/ doesnt work for others... Flyer promo always work though like others have said.

@deadice have you contacted them and received your points?
I would use my Friday offer, but only if I could lessen the oop with manufacturer coupons. Hoping this isn't a new policy!
Also, does anyone know if Saturday only specials are already available Friday evenings?

I find that I have to frequently call for points to be added on 8k/$30 even when I use 0 mfc.
Just a finicky offer.
If you have trouble with points added at the point of sale, it could have nothing to do with coupons.
Use your offer and coupons, then call for points. Never had a issue when I call (even when coupons bring total below $30)
