    Looks like I'm totally screwed. I ordered mine coupons on November 1st and 4th, still nothing. Called today, Kellogg's said they were shipped on Nov 18th, suggested to contact Canada post, but there is no point of contacting them about regular (non-registered) letters
    And I can't even order $10 off coupons, since I already claimed all 5.
    Thinking of trading 2 or 3 $10 off coupons for Optimum points. What would be the reasonable rate?

    I wouldn't give up just yet. Canada post is over run with letters and cards this time of year. The coupi s are good til March.
    The $10 coupon is wus $25 so its not exactly hv I would trade $10 no more than $15/ each coupon. I have seen people trading there hasbro fpcs so that is snother option

    I'd push it with kellogg's if you are up for it.. No idea what their rule is though on sending out replacements - i imagine they aren't as that could get tricky.. I know they have the ability to send the hasbro coupons themselves when there is NO ship date - try to get some kellogg's fpcs in the very least..

    Finally found a great deal!! Found some large Nerf water shooters reg 35 on clearance at CT for 17.00. Used 3 coupons and paid about 4.00 each with tax. Picked up 3 to put away for Easter.

    If you call them and your order hasn't been shipped then they will send them out. If it has and you haven't received i think you are out of luck

    Curious also what kind of deals everyone is finding to use their coupons on! I found some good unmarked deals on Littlest Pet Shop sets at Toys R Us. These 2 were marked down to $20 each, I think they're more like $40-$45 regular price. I can't imagine paying the regular price, but I was happy to pay $5 for them!

    found a practical deal today - my little pony umbrellas at walmart are hasbro.. $8.97 each and manager approved using 1 coupon on 2 umbrellas.. they just deducted the $15 from total so I paid $5 for 2. needed these for girls so worked well for me..
