Can someone explain how the fpc works. It says inclusive of tax, so that that mean you would have to buy a toy that is $13 or less so that with tax it is less then $15? I have six of them coming and wanted to start looking at what type of toys I might be able to get for my nieces but wasn't sure if they could be priced up to $15 or if the $15 had to include the tax. Thank you for your help.

I'm pretty sure you can just buy a $15 toy and pay the tax. You would probably have a hard time even telling the cashier that you can purchase a toy for $15 including tax lol. Just keep it simple.

Last year you could spend a few dollars more than the coupon and just pay the difference and tax. I hope it works that way as well this year. Also watch for Toys R us having their B1G1 free promo. Watch for the $15-$20 toys and then get 2 toys instead of the one.
