Ottawa Women's Show - great freebies and coupons

Just got back and there are still a few hours if you've got time - you get a free loot bag on admission and then loads of free snack stations, coupons, free hair cut, shows, samples and even full size freebies. We went yesterday and again today (free admission and loot bag when you go back next day). Took a picture of the loot bag contents - and today we just went for a short visit so we didn't hit all the tables. The items in the loot bag more than makes up for the cost of admission (full size multi-vitamins, large Aero bar (with $1 off coupon), full size Special K crackers, samples of Frizz Ease and coupon, Webber coupons and full size Oregano oil, chicken coupons, free earrings......hope the picture is adequate at capturing.
