SCOP shopping
Two SCOP in one week. First at Walmart on the new Venus razor - marked as $12.99 on shelf tag but rang up as $14.97 and then used $10 coupon as well. Yippee! Next was at Giant Tiger - dubble bubble gum for Halloween - marked as $4.00 on shelf tag but rang up as $5.47. Yippee again! Love going to Giant Tiger because customer service is great in our city.

The venus one makes no sense, you would have gotten $10 off already because SCOP is only up to $10. So you wasted your $10 coupon, no?
-
^ I think she might have used $10 coupon on rest of the $4.95 so may be an overage?
-
Yes I was able to get overage of approximately $5
-
Gotcha, then it worked well!

Have to add two more SCOP from yesterday. Two bags of Halloween candy from Real Canadian Wholesale. I'm on a roll!
-
Halloween candy? I think the day I get SCOP on those candy, I would say I have fulfilled my life goal as if I don't know whether I have lived a useful life ;)

about the SCOP...i was over charged for a $20- bra & nobody mentioned the scop...they just gave me the difference. I guess i should have asked...... ;-(
-
Well this might be hard to believe, but I got another SCOP on a box of 8 full size nestle halloween chocolate bars yesterday. Someone at this same store RCSS Wholesale does not understand that 50% discount means divide the original price by 2. Someone must have missed elementary math!!!! Great for me !!!
-
Wow, your lucky week. I would be  too if it was me. Great brag Tinambulance and thank you for sharing..........................................:-)

Nice SCOP. Where did you get the $10 coupon?
-
Speaking of SCOP: I was in RCSS yesterday, and the PC Organic butter I was buying rang up $1 more than the shelf price. The cashier verified this with the dairy department, then proceeded to ring it in at the correct shelf price. When I asked if they no longer SCOP, she said she was glad I asked since they now only apply SCOP if the customer asks for it. This is a very recent policy change. I rarely shop in RCSS, but I wonder if this is a new policy in all Loblaws stores?
