    How long did you wait for the validation email? I sent mine in a 6 days ago.

    I submitted the receipt 1 week ago and only receive an email today saying:
    "Your Starbucks receipt has been validated." No link for the egiftcard.

    Takes them 1 week to just validate the receipt??? They are suppose to processed this within 48 hours.

    the pin number and card come with the validation email..

    I sent mine in ten days ago and got no response so I sent them an email but still nothing.

    for my first receipt it took about 2 days to get a validation email, for the second - 4 days; however, when i received it it came without validation code so, I had to contact them by email. They sent me an appology response with both validation codes (one was the same as i received the first time and second one was new) and links to redeem. I hope that helps.

    Last year it was definitely faster and better organized promotion. Still a great promo.

    I managed to get 5x Holiday blends (at $7.99 each) and 4x French Roast (at $2.99 each .. it also was on sale at $7.99 each but had shorter expiry so manager at sdm took $5 off on each bag and i ended up paying $2.99 for each bag (and it's my husbands regular favorite blend)) for my husband (i am a tea person but they didn't have any Tazo Joy teas this year ) + each bag had a sticker for free tall brewed coffee. I submitted 2 receipts and my husband did one so, after paying $52 for coffee I got back $30 and will get another $18 for using stickers to get brewed coffee.

    did you contact them through main starbucks website? I used [email protected] email and they responded within 24 hours (though initially i got a confirmation email saying it will take up to 3 business days to respond).

    Same thing. I got the email saying it would take up to three business days but nothing yet.

    Finally responded to me and approved one of my receipts but the confirmation email has no PIN or link to get my 10.00.

    Do you have to submit a picture of the UPC codes as well? I don't think it said that in the instructions - just the receipt, but the initial instructions say "receipt and UPC codes required". TIA!

    I would say no .. just a picture of the receipt. I bought all my coffee at SDM and receipts didn't show any UPC's. All 3 receipts (between me and my husband) were submitted and we received our GC's.

    Question? It says not valid at Starbucks retail store...what about online purchase at Starbucks.ca. I made a purchase today if holiday espresso...bought 6 1lb bags buy 2 get one free, plus supposed to get $25 off $60 purchase but there was a glitch so didn't work, but spoke to csr and they promised me that I would be credited the $25 in a few days. Fingers crossed, I took her name and asked if calls we're monitored. Plus took screen shot of promo. Also free shipping so it would make it a really good deal if I could get $10 gift card. $120 in coffee for $55. Pretty happy with that deal!
