I dragged my sick body out yesterday just so I could get another set with the BOGO Coupon (which I almost couldn't find). Glad I did as I got my snap submission approved last night.

I submitted it on Snap yesterday while there were some left, but just like every other time I use Snap, it got declined. They couldn't find it on the receipt. I replied to them about it clearly being there - now that the offer is gone, I wonder if they will still honour it or if I'm out of luck?

Yes, if they become satisfied they will give the credit.

I was having problems when I submitted my receipt with my iPad. Now I scan and use my desktop and haven't had a problem.

I don't think they can get access to your account unless you give them password. On the other hand, the head office staff should be able to look into your account.

Do you mean on snap? I don't believe there is one. If you have one you may need to update your app.

I would have told them one is an optimum offer one is not, and we can call customer service to discuss it lol a bogo coupon does not nullify the 10x the points in store, ergo, you are scanning my points coupon.
