Another sad situation - and considering the location, a facility for those with developmental disabilities.

The facility staff provide developmentally disadvantaged persons from infants to the elderly with assistance from housing to finding community resources for them. Who on earth would have a reason to attack them unless it was the remote location that drew them or they had a very personal reason or gripe with the facility staff.

Apoarently a badge is needed to swipe into the buildings.

I made no statement about the shooter suspect except to say what his name was. No comments were made about him
