Of course you can return them if you still have the WM receipt but it's a personal choice. By accepting their GC you agreed to purchase 3 of their products. If you don't like hot chocolate how about exchanging to another product such as coffee, tea, or cappuccino? Or give to someone else as gift?

BTW, I can't find the dark roast 300grams, anyone knows which store carries this coffee?

PS. I am assuming you don't like hot chocolate and simply want to exchange for something else.

If Tim Hortons finds out, they will probably cancel the card.
The promo is conditional on buying 3 and if you return them, you will have bought none.
If you bought 3 cans of hot chocolate, then you paid a total of $5 out of pocket, or $1.67 each. That's an incredible deal.
When people have not followed program rules in the past, companies have cancelled them for everyone.

If you take a photo with an Apple phone, it is already automatically a jpg. Unless you have a very new iPhone and were doing a live photo. If you disable live photo, it will be jpg.

If that's not the case, then it sounds like Tim Hortons made an error and you should email them
