If you haven’t receive your tracker and it’s been at least 6 weeks since you ordered it, I suggest you call Kellogg’s. If you’re not satisfied with the response from CS, ask to speak to a supervisor right away. Ask for email confirmation that your tracker has been mailed. They ship from Ontario and once in the mail they should arrive in 7-10 days.
My story:
I ordered 2 trackers, one on Dec 31, the other on Jan 3. One arrived March 11, the other March 14.
I made a lot of calls, was promised callbacks that never came, was promised by a supervisor that he would have them sent out immediately - that never happened. When I called to say they never arrived, he tried to tell me they were lost in the mail but if that were true it meant 3 pieces of mail from Kellogg’s were lost in the mail around the same time - the 2 trackers (each sent in a separate box) and some coupons he was sending to make up for my trouble (which arrived same day as the second tracker). I only received these after he said he would “send them out again.”
So if you want to make sure you receive your tracker, you may have to be a pest :)

I saw someone post that these trackers are worth about $2.99. I don’t know where the got that figure from and I don’t know the value of the kellogg’s trackers. But I believe they are better quality than the ones you may find in dollar stores. These trackers were made by Fitbit, which is a big name when it comes to fitness trackers. Not saying they are the best company - just saying these trackers are not made by a no-name company or a company without experience producing them.

Word of caution... these activity trackers are a design specifically made for Kellogg’s. However, the strap/band is similar to other trackers from Firbit and many people have reported the straps coming undone, even losing the trackers because of the strap. There are even solutions for the strap problem beings sold on amazon. Don’t know if they would fit the Kellogg’s ones, or if the problem with the strap has been resolved. Just want to give a heads up :)
Now I'm off to figure out how to program the darn thing! Fingers crossed that they work! lol

I'm still waiting for mine so will give a quick call. Kellogg's is usually so fast it kind of surprised me I didn't get it yet. Maybe it depends who they have ordered them from. Will call tommorow :)
i got mine today... if you did not get yours yet, for sure, it's on the way by now.... nice tracker....
When I called on March 8th, all the trackers had been ordered.
@Applepie : You can call (888) 876-3750. I received an email today from Kelloggs, thanking me for my call and confirming that my tracker had been shipped. I already received it by the time I got their email. :-)
It seems a poor promo to me. I order a few beginning of January and received none so far. I am in BC and understand that it will take longer than the east. Most importantly, no confirmation email ... just nothing after submitting pins. SIGH ...
But, come on, it's already after mid-March (almost the end of promo). Really thumb DOWN to Kelloggs ...
Luckily, no coupons come with tracker. Otherwise, ....
BTW, how come no one post pic of it? I saw some people already received them.
