I think what is meant is if you have a personal offer, like $10 candy and snacks, etc.

Mine denied too, reason: item not found but when I contacted them received an email regarding minimum $4 spent. At least I got 3000 SDM points for spending $10 on C&S

Kinda weird that the Checkout 51 rebate is only on $4 or more. I

can get 1 box for $3.99 at the SDM right around the corner without Checkout 51.

Or if I go out of my way to go to store where it is $4.99, I have to buy 2 boxes and end up paying $4.49 each.
