Hi Everyone
I am going to be enrolling in an online course for which I will need to purchase a new computer.
Knowing nothing about computers I really need some help with my search. The requirements I need are below. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
-PC Computer (Not MAC)
-4-6 GB's of memory
-Intel Pentium Processor is preferred
-Windows 7, 8 or vista
-Internet explorer 8 or greater
-firefox 8.X or greater
-adobe flash version 7 or greater
-javascript and cookies must be enabled

Go to Wal-Mart or Bestbuy.....most laptops meet those requirements. Don't let them sell you 'Cadillac' laptops. A quick look at Walmart.ca and decent laptops start at $388, and BestBuy starting at $400. You may find something during the Boxing Day sales too.

@wimbly11 .....the following should not be deal breakers for you, as they can easily be upgraded / loaded / enabled and deactivated. Focus on good processor (CPU, Intel prefered) and more RAM (memory)
-Windows 7, 8 or vista
-Internet explorer 8 or greater
-firefox 8.X or greater
-adobe flash version 7 or greater
-javascript and cookies must be enabled
