My 2 coupons for 1000 points worked last week but this time they would only let me use one. I at least convinced them to input it, but it was rejected. I might call about those points.
Also every time I use the BOGO coupons, i have to pay for the higher one which is the treatment. I am thinking of asking for the difference to be refunded as the coupons says the treatment is free.
Can they not read at your store? I would be taking that to their Facebook page and have someone call that store to straighten them out.Quote:

I actually did the same today since I forgot to bring the coupons with me, but the cosmetics lady had no idea what I was talking about, even asked me to repeat the name of the brand a few times.
