1) Shoppers Optimum members can elect to donate points. The second listing in the names of organizations is
1-Canadian Red Cross Syrian Relief. I noticed it about two weeks ago.

2) Article in yesterday's Toronto Star mentioned that there is a portal through a community organization that
Toronto-area residents can visit if they have some resource to offer to the refugees:
WoodGreen Community was contracted by the City of Toronto to develop the new website, to create the online housing registry and expand in-person housing help services to aid the Syrian resettlement program. Deloitte donated services to assist the centre with the website development.

Tory, who toured the facility with councillors Paula Fletcher, Joe Mihevc and Joe Cressy, urged everyone to log on to Woodgreen.org and visit the HOME portal.

If you have room in your home, clothes, furniture or computers you wish to donate to refugees, or even want to offer medical and dental services, HOME is where you want to be, the politicians said.
