Ive been having severe migraines since yesterday. I had to take a lot of tylenol just to dull the pain ( not more than the recommended dose) and if I moved my head a certain way I was in severe pain.

Today the pain was also in my ear and it got so bad I went to the doctor. He looked in my ear and I expected to hear it was an infection. it was......a single piece of hair went in my ear and was pressing against the drum. He used a syringe to flush it out and I saw it. it was a small thin piece of hair but it caused so much pain. My ear will still hurt for a few days and the flushing made me dizzy but now I will start to feel better with the source of the pain gone.

Glad to hear that you diagnose your problem although this isn't happen with all individuals. I was suffering similar problem. Pain was started from middle braid head area and spread to all over head slightly. And when the pain reach to maximum stage it started reducing. I consulted many psychologist, physician, head surgeon, otolaryngologist, Ophthalmologist, Endocrinologist, orthopedics, dentist but they all never diagnose my real problem. I was tired from all of this. One day I was surfing on internet and hear about neck and solder support. I was thinking why not try something like that and ordered neck and shoulder from onlinemedicalsupply.com with cross finger. I shall receive it soon and hope it will help me. I will share my experience once I will start using it.
