    Not sure about other provinces but my local PharmaPlus flyer in Welland, Ontario has the Cottonelle wipes on sale (back page) for $1.99. You can print a $3 off coupon if you share the offer on Facebook.

    Technically you will probably have to pay the taxes on $1.99 and most stores would reduce the coupon value to $1.99 so you don't get cash back. You will need to show your Air Miles card to get this deal for $1.99 when you go to PharmaPlus.
