    At the cash, reusable Metro bag, reg. $0.79, sale $0.40
    Total = $10.42
    Used $10 in Air Miles
    OOP = $0.42

    But wait, there's more...
    Earned 15 Air Miles for buying the yogurts

    Earned $1.57 in Air Miles minus $0.42 out of pocket = + $1.15 after Air Miles
