You will need a store number from a recent receipt to participate.

Buy any large sandwich and get a medium fries or side-salad and a medium soft drink FREE.

Just a note, as I did such a survey recently but had used up my two free print jobs that day, you can only print the coupon right after the survey is done. So if your printer must be ready or you need to have some print room (free or paid) left on your card if using a public terminal. Thus, I was out of reward when the coupon came up (no, there was no way to copy/paste link into email account.

Answers to questions about the customer service during visit, the food and how often you go to that location. Simple.

Ha, I don't know that location! You need an actual receipt because the date/time/store location all have to go into survey.

If you have a receipt then it should show the store number on it somewhere I am assuming. I don't eat at McDonalds.

Recently they have changed the color scheme on the coupon. If you are printing using a black and white printer, the date and coupon code gets mixed up with the background color (cannot read or see it on the printout). The coupon says its not valid without a date and coupon code

Thanks for the alert about black & white printing (which is what is free for two single copies at public library branches in Hamilton) when printing from a computer.
I would have liked to have had the coupon but I'll know next time to maybe spring for a colour print job (as I have a small print sum on my card) when I do a survey for the coupon.

While you have the option to print free B/W sheets, I would suggest to take a screen shot (print screen or use a snipping tool) of the coupon (when it appears on the screen), paste it on MS word or MS Paint and then print it. Even with a B/W printer, the coupon code and date remains visible if you follow this printing process

Based on my experience so far, its always been 'free medium fries and drink coupon' if buy a sandwich (what kind of sandwiches is listed on the coupon). Means they will upgrade your sandwich into a value meal for free. You can also replace your fries with a side salad (I love their ceasar salad)
