Starbucks re-vamping their rewards program.

Might appear tomorrow or you can just ask at the counter pointing out its your birthday. Also, they respond very well to emails

I had the opposite problem. No email was sent I just checked my account and it shows that my birthday reward was there and when I tried to use it they couldn't access it. It expires on Monday and today was the only day I would be around a Starbucks. I'm was really disappointed it didn't work. I sent an email and will see what happens.

WellI sent them an email asking them what was up and that was 1 week ago. They never bothered replying

I received a response back fairly quickly. They added stars to my account the equivalent of 2 star rewards. I was very happy with that. I did receive the email the next day indicating that the birthday reward was loaded but did not have an opportunity to try its again.

Is everyone playing the Starbucks for Life summer contest? No star wins yet but at least today's free play tokens were all different ones. Yesterday's plays had three of one kind.

I'm not too happy with the new changes. :( but the coffee is so good. Here take my money lol

I have 2/3 items for each of the prizes. I have also won 5 and then 10 bonus stars.

I was upset about the changes at first too. I would always do seperate transactions for every item I bought and I still do now during star dashes. I actually earn rewards faster now than I did before the change. Between the much more frequent star dashes (some of which overlap) and the double star days (that also seem to work out with star dashes) I am earning rewards every 6-9 purchases instead of every 12. I wasn't going everyday anyway but now I time my purchases and grocery shopping to work with maximizing the stars.

*i am a stay at home mom so I have more freedom in deciding when I do my errands. I bring my kids everywhere so I am more likely to buy them each a cake pop (in a seperate transaction) and that helps me quite a bit when it comes to earning stars when I don't want to get 3 or 4 items for myself.

Starbucks sent an email with an invite to a survey, in exchange you would receive a $5 Starbucks gift card if you completed the survey. I unfortunately got screened out. But I believe it's limited time or until it runs out, so check your emails.

I too was screened out.

Last week, I did win 10 bonus stars one day and 5 bonus stars another day in the contest.

I just joined a new star dash for August 16-29th where I will get 75 stars for 8 purchases or 150 stars for 12 purchases. Today is my double star day so I got a venti vanilla iced coffee with cream, a cake pop, and another cake pop in 3 different transactions. I earned 28 stars and those 3 transactions count towards my star dash.

I just won 125 stars in the Starbucks contest.

No wins this week.
