Metro seems to have made some big changes; they've never had eggs so low. Recently, every flyer profiles a product with the lowest price compared to the competitors previous sale lowest prices. They're doing something right. I'll have to pay more attention to their flyers.

I agree, their prices have been really good. I go there pretty often. I have to carry my groceries home on foot for half an hour but worth it for the savings. The bonus is that the produce is always pristine and the cheese is always fresh.

Did anyone else notice how very few airmiles there were advertised inthe flyer. Usually Metro splashes the sirmile stuff on the front page and pushes it heavy. It almost wasn't there. Yes, something is changing.

wow , what a waste of trip. I think they should have put a limit or something, like 2 per family or something like that, so everyone gets a chance to buy.

I am not sure, but I think some stores like Freshco or No Frills actually PM for their own store brand eggs, bread, bananas,cheese ..other stores generic store brand.

I saw someone PM , No Frills PC choice cheese blocks 450 gm , for Compliments cheese blocks at Freshco, which was weird.

I thought my metro was sold out too but then found them in an end cap. The oasis juice is a good deal at 1.99. Thanks to another really smart SCer I now know I can freeze this so buy extra.
The chips are awesome and 99 cents I bought 8 and hid them from the family.
