"Always" rant.
*****deleted********
I deleted the post!
Tonight I opened diaper drawer to take out a diaper for my daughter. I saw two "missing" always pads in that drawer. I think she put it there because we told her that these are mommy's diapers, so she put those 2 in her diaper drawer. Lol.
Sorry everyone and especially P&G. Not that i will call them and apologize to them. :P

You can report to P&G and enter the production codes on the boxes - probably a factory error and they would likely like to hear about it. They are also good about sending product replacements for complaints.

Okay. I will contact them. I bought these boxes atrcss. Today i will buy one box at walmart and see if it has 13 pads or 14 oads. Will surely contact them about it. Thanks for the advice.

Could be a factory error. Check the production codes to see if they are similar.
I used to buy betty crocker dora fruit snacks for DD and she would count them, however there were 11 rather than 10 advertised in the box. Happened a few times.

Hhhmmmmmmm... i didn't know there could be production/factory error. At that time my mind just blew away and i thought they were intentionally doing it. Doesn't sound like something a big company would do to its customers.
I will buy any other box of always and see if thats the case with other always products or just this one. Both the boxes I have have same upc and other code.

In manufacturing as much as most things are done by machines human set up the machines leave everything open to human error. Someone could have simply set something incorrectly
