You must pump a minimum 25L to obtain either bonus offer.
(Pro-Tip: Don't pump more than 25L per transaction. You don't get any extra by pumping any amount over 25... so if you drive a big vehicle where you can pump 50L or 75L, or more... make separate transactions!)

From what I can tell from the Shell website, this offer is not valid in Winnipeg MB nor Ottawa ON. -- someone correct me if I'm wrong.
