Wonder why they refuse to send me this email. Accumulate/redeem points frequently. Use both accounts. Same email address. Seem to do the same things everyone else does.

I am in the same boat. I have mine and my husband cards for both Optimum and PC Plus. I use my own cards the most and my husband cards slightly less. Still waiting for an exchange offer. I see that some have already got two offers!😳

Two of my pcplus accounts that haven't received offers did not have the communication preference to receive pcplus emails turned on (one daughter in particular did not want to be receiving weekly emails to check for offers). We have now signed up all accounts for emails. Not sure if this will make a difference but our other two accounts received pcplus exchange to optimum offers.

I have never received an offer- I have 615,000 PC pts and 222,000 SDM pts.

I double-checked and I am signed up to receive the e-mails and have been regularly getting e-mails from PC Plus and Shoppers, yet still have received no exchange offer.

I have a big stockpile of Optimum points but usually redeem my PC points, so I feel like maybe they just don't want to open the floodgates by giving me this offer, but it's dumb because I'm also not shopping as much at Shoppers anymore since I have no need for any more Optimum points. If I could redeem my points at Superstore, I'd definitely be more motivated to earn Optimum points again.

Nothing for me yet. I redeemed a ton of points at SDM when they had their recent redemption. Went to an SDM that sells meats and produce. I don't need to rely on you, pc plus. Lol!

Got my first offer last week, have been debating since it was first talked about. Since the last redemption I had enough for large & small redemption and yet couldn't decide how to spend it, figured it made sense. So cashed in enough Optimum pts to put my Pc Plus over $100, told hubby I would get a gift card. But we decided instead to use it for groceries and put the $100 on our credit cards so I can use it anywhere. I try to redeem my optimum pts for frivolous things that I normally wouldn't get. It's my me-cash, typically it goes toward a new video game or game system but there isn't anything out right now. So I'll enjoy my bonus $100 cash instead!

Still hoping to see members posting that this points exchange is ongoing? Have tried my saved links and keep getting this "membership is not eligible" message. Wish to convert my small PC points total to Optimum so I can spend them.
